About This

• Fruits - Early White Scallop Summer Squash will produce 3 inch wide fruits. They resemble small flying saucers with a white-green outer skin and a white flesh.
• Growth - The plants will grow to a mature height of roughly 24 inches tall, producing 3 to 4 foot wide vines that grow much like a bush. (These do not form like the usual Cucurbita vines and you can sow right in the garden.)
• Harvest - Early White Scallop is a high yielding variety that can be ready for harvesting in as little as 45 to 50 days. Pick the fruits by leaving 1 inch of stem to prevent rot.
