About This

• Beautiful Ruffled Parrot Flowers: Apricot Parrot Tulips produce striking blooms with deeply scalloped, feathered petals in apricot, peach-pink, creamy ivory, and subtle green tones. The unusual flower shape creates an elegant, artistic appearance that stands out from traditional smooth-petaled tulips.
• Unique Coloring And Delicate Fragrance: These distinctive tulips develop beautiful combinations of warm apricot, salmon pink, cream, and green as their flowers mature. Apricot Parrot is also known for its light fragrance, adding another appealing feature to indoor flower displays and seasonal arrangements.
• Pre-Chilled For Indoor Forcing: Tulip bulbs naturally require a prolonged cold period to prepare for flowering. These bulbs have already received their initial cold treatment, reducing the preparation needed for indoor forcing. Additional cool rooting time may still be necessary after planting.
• Indoor Potting And Rooting Tips: Plant bulbs pointed ends upward in a container with drainage and well-draining potting mix, arranging them close together without touching. Water after planting and allow roots to establish in a cool environment before introducing developing plants to brighter indoor growing conditions.
• Mature Size And Indoor Flower Care: Apricot Parrot tulips typically reach approximately 18–22 inches tall outdoors, while indoor-forced stems may vary. Provide bright light after rooting, maintain evenly moist but well-drained soil, and protect developing flowers from heating vents and excessive warmth.
