Red Beauty holly is a pyramidal-shaped evergreen shrub known for its glossy, dark green foliage and produces a profusion of attractive red berries from fall into winter.
Grows in zones 6-10 and loves full sun to part shade. It prefers average well-drained soils. At maturity, this beauty can reach 7-10 feet tall and 4-5 feet wide.
Red Beauty is a female plant and will need a male pollinator such as Blue Prince, Blue Boy, or Blue Stallion planted nearby to produce attractive red berries.
Provides beautiful winter interest. Ideal for growing in pairs to frame an entrance or driveway, or massed into a hedge.
