Productive - Zucchini germinates in 7-14 days when soil temps are 65-80°F. Plant 1” deep and space 18-24” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 2-3’ tall with a spread of 2-3’. Squash will mature in 50-55 days, plant in USDA zones 3-9.
Good Eats - Long, tender and flavorful, zucchini squash is delicious in any cuisine, such as soups, salads, pastas, gratins, casseroles and more! Compact bush varieties can be grown in a container and are perfect for limited spaces and raised beds, you can also try trellising the vining types to optimize space.
