About This

• Breakthrough Blue Blooms from Seed: Big Blue is the first interspecific blue sage available from seed, offering densely packed flower spikes in bold, rich blue hues that repeat from midsummer through the first frost.
• No Deadheading Required: Enjoy months of fresh, clean color with zero maintenance—this variety continues blooming without the need to remove spent flowers, saving time while keeping displays looking vibrant.
• Thrives in Heat and Light Shade: Unlike many salvias, Big Blue flourishes not only in full sun but also in dappled or light shade, making it a versatile option for a wider range of garden spots and light conditions.
• Pollinator Magnet: This salvia draws in hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies with its long-lasting, nectar-rich blooms, making it a standout addition to wildlife and pollinator gardens.
• Perfect for Containers and Dry Gardens: With strong tolerance for hot, dry conditions, Big Blue excels in both container plantings and xeriscape beds, delivering lush color with very little upkeep.
