QUICK GERMINATION & COVER - Contractor's Grass Seed Mixture contains annual ryegrass so it germinates quickly and provides a fast grass cover. This seed germinates in 10 - 14 days. Often used by new home builders to establish a lawn quickly.
IDEAL GROWING CONDITIONS - This grass seed grows in full sun to medium-shaded lawn areas. The best time to apply is mid-August through mid-October and mid-March through mid-May.
OVERSEED WITH BLACK BEAUTY GRASS SEED - Our temporary grass seed solution lasts throughout one season. Lawns grown from Contractor’s Grass Seed should be overseeded with any Black Beauty Grass Seed for a thick lawn that will persist for years to come.
